We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Cut-Off Time and Processing Time

  • Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT)
  • Processing days: Monday through Friday

Orders placed before the daily cut-off time may begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will generally begin processing on the next business day.

  • Processing time: 3 to 5 business days

Processing time includes the time needed to prepare, inspect, pack, and hand off your order to the shipping carrier.

After placing your order, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched

3. Transit Time and Estimated Delivery

  • Transit time: 3 to 5 business days
  • Shipping days: Monday through Friday
  • Estimated total delivery time: 6 to 10 business days

4. Shipping Rates

We offer simple shipping rates within the United States:

  • Flat-rate shipping: $5.99 USD per order

We ship through trusted carriers within the United States. Once your order has shipped:

  • A tracking number will be sent to your email
  • Tracking updates will be available through the carrier

  • Wait 1 additional business day

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
